Hire of Emmanuel Church & Community Room

Emmanuel Community room is available to hire for lessons, groups, classes and meetings. The facilities include a piano, chairs, sink & toilet, kettle and food prep area. Prices are based on expected income from the room usage and average £9.00 per hour or part thereof. Bookings also include 15 mins set up and 15 mins clean up, either side of the hire period, free of charge.

All bookings have to be cleared by the PCC for usage, so if you would like to book the room, please contact us in advance.

Concert Hire
Emmanuel Church is available to hire for concerts. We have held many different musical performances, from choral society to madrigal group, string quartet to full orchestra, and soloists too. The acoustic in the church is fabulous, the organ a quality Walker 2 manual and the new pew cushions very comfortable for your audience! We also have two excellent upright pianos, and can arrange hire of a grand piano if required.

We do permit serving of snacks and alcohol during the interval / after the performance, however they must either be free or included in the ticket price - we are not licensed to sell alcohol on the premises.

The cost is £150, which includes afternoon rehearsal period, evening concert and use of the community room.

Please note all concerts must be finished, cleared up and the church closed by 10pm.
