Like all churches and places of worship in London, Emmanuel is now closed following the direction and guidance of the  Bishop of London but has certainly not shut up shop.  We will still be a church for the whole community but will serve and operate in a radically different way and communicate by whatever means possible.

As the rate of cases accelerates in our capital city, it is absolutely paramount that everyone strictly obeys all official direction, remaining inside their homes and only venturing out for the most essential of journeys, maintaining social distancing of at least two metres between people.  Likewise public transport on TFL should only be used for key NHS and other essential key workers and for the most urgent of journeys.
